Why Courrex exists
Small and mid-sized transport companies typically run their fleets on a mix of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and generic GPS apps. It works until it doesn't — and when it doesn't, the cost is delays, customer complaints, and drivers sitting idle because the next route never came through.
We built Courrex because the existing delivery software was either built for Amazon-scale operations (and therefore too expensive and complex for small fleets) or was a generic SaaS with no understanding of how a European transport business actually operates.
Our approach is the opposite: a platform that scales down to 5 drivers as well as it scales up to 50, and that's configured around how your operation works today — not how a software vendor thinks you should work.
What we believe
- EU data, not US data.All your operational data sits in Frankfurt. No transfers to third countries, no ad networks, no ML training on your customers' addresses.
- Native iOS and Android, not a web shortcut. Background GPS, lock-screen push, taptic feedback — whatever the phone can do, the app uses.
- Language is not a barrier. The driver app and chat support Danish, English, Arabic, Turkish, Albanian, and more. Messages auto-translate.
- Fast onboarding. From first conversation to live operations in under a week. No long implementation projects, no expensive consultants.
- No lock-in. Export your data as CSV at any time. If you stop using Courrex, we delete your data within 30 days.

Courrex is built and operated from Estonia, focused on small and mid-sized transport companies across Europe. We're a small team with backgrounds in web development and logistics technology.
Our approach is consultative rather than “sign up here, pay the subscription.” We start with a conversation about your operation, configure the platform around your needs, and stay involved as technical support after you go live.
