A delivery is any single stop you create in Courrex — pickup or drop-off. If a driver visits ten addresses in a route, that counts as ten deliveries. Pause and resume of the same stop does not double-count.
You get the full Launch tier free for 14 days, no credit card required. We set it up during your booking call so you start with a working dispatch dashboard and driver app. After 14 days you choose a plan or stop using Courrex — no auto-charge.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade between plans takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No setup fees or long-term contracts.
We notify you when you hit 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed the limit, deliveries continue working — we bill the overage at €0.20 per extra delivery (Launch), €0.15 (Scale), or €0.10 (Enterprise). No service interruption.
Monthly by default, paid upfront. Annual billing available with two months free (~17% discount). EUR via SEPA direct debit, credit card, or invoice (Enterprise).
No setup fees on Launch and Scale. Enterprise includes premium implementation as part of the monthly price — we configure the platform around your specific workflow.
